Pat
and Bruce have over 23 years experience helping clients buy and sell homes

Pat
grew up as a corporate vagabond (with 19 moves after leaving the farm!) and
settled in Richmond because of the community values that it offered her family.
She attended Mary Washington College and graduate school in Maryland and
Kentucky where she taught high school, also. She helped her husband with his
construction business before developing her career.
She
is a GRI, CRS, CSA and Distinguished Achiever for19 years and has been the
Top Producer in her office for most of those years.
What does Pat enjoy? Gardening, walking, traveling, visiting
her children and reading. But her real thrill comes from her work, from a job
well done, from creative marketing and problem solving, from skillfully
negotiating, and from the many friendships created during her
career.
Bruce grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and majored in
Business Administration at Williamsport Community College. He moved to Richmond
in 1980 and embarked on his real estate career in 1985. His management and
negotiating skills have fueled his career. Bruce's areas of expertise include
local and internet marketing of properties; locating superior home for buyers,
both resale and new construction; extensive relocating training and experience;
and sharp negotiating of contracts. His patience is priceless.
Bruce
has been recognized as a Distinguished Achiever, Top Producer, Multi-Million
Dollar Producer and TOP 25. His peers have voted him the coveted 'Outstanding
Agent of the Year'.
Bruce
